I’m John T. Dabrowski, your Bloomingdale Township Assessor. I was elected Assessor in 2009, and re-elected in 2013 and 2017.   • Assessment changes in Bloomingdale Township for the 2017 Assessment Year were published in the June 23, 2017 editions of the Carol Stream and Addison Suburban Life newspapers.
  • Final date for Bloomingdale Township property owners to file 2017 assessment appeals with the DuPage County Board of Review is July 24, 2017.

  • Identify all parcels in the Township and assess them per State statute.
